Moree Real Estate is affiliated with C.A. Brown Associates, which is a rural based valuation and consultancy firm covering all facets of valuation practice. We specialise in irrigated and dryland farming properties, but a country-based practice needs to cover all aspects of valuations.

Our company has been continually expanding since it's establishment in 1985 and we currently have 2 fully qualified valuers and a valuation assistant operating at our modern offices in Moree.

Our expertise centres on the north west of New South Wales and west to Bourke, and in southern Queensland from Goondiwindi, west to St George. However, we have carried out valuations as far north as Charters Towers in Queensland and as far south as the Murrumbidgee region in southern New South Wales.

Both of our valuers are registered with the Australian Property Institute and we value rural, residential, retail, commercial, industrial properties, water and plant & equipment, as well as depreciation schedules - covering all your valuation requirements.
