LOCATION:

18km via the Bangate access Road, then 46km to Lightning Ridge & 29km east of Goodooga.

COUNTRY:
Typical grey/black self mulching soils, running west from the Narran River & rising up to slightly softer red ridges. Mainly all open with the redder country having scattered gidgee.
Predominate timber types are gidgee with some coolibah & dogwood along the river.

LAND USE:
Cultivation - Cultivation permit (17P0001) for 1,658ha. All sown to Lancer wheat.
Grazing - 6,442ha. Large open grass plains with large section of open micthell grass country. The property grows a large amount of winter herbage and clovers.

WATER:
- Well watered via the Bangate cap & pipe scheme & water share agreement
