LOCATION: Located 53 kilometres east of Moree via Mosquito Creek or River Road, 32 kilometres west of Warialda, 20 kilometres east of Pallamallawa and 15 kilometres north of Gravesend. Part bitumen, part gravel access.

RAINFALL: 650 mm (26 inches) of rain per annum

COUNTRY: Beneficial mix of soils across the properties being good belah grey/black chocolate soils to red loams and clay to the south of the property. Overall good mix of country for a mixed operation.

Aggregation rises up from the Gwydir river and its typically level to gently undulating across the properties.

Country naturally drains and has large contours and waterways where required allowing the country to be used for grazing or cultivation.
