LOCATION:
Approximately 9km south of Breeza, 35km north west of Quirindi and 45km south east of Gunnedah on Mystery Road.

RAINFALL:
Approximately 650mm annually.

COUNTRY:
"Five Mile" & "Garrawan" comprises level to gently undulating first class black self mulching soils, typical for the Liverpool Plains. The Mooki River makes up part of the western boundary and the country falls gently to the west.

IRRIGATION:
"Five Mile" & "Garrawan" is of good standard with two lateral move irrigators and three flood irrigation fields.

Laterals comprise two Lindsey Zimmatic 18 tower irrigators, approx 750 metres wide. Approx 29 years old, in 2013 both laterals had new gearboxes, metres and micro switches installed. Capacity of watering 2 ha per hour @ 50mm (@ 25%). The pumping requirement is approximately 36ML per day.

Irrigation water is supplied from 4 separate bores, which were all checked in 2015. 90% of the bores are linked on "Five Mile" and 100% linked on "Garrawan".

The property also has a Mooki River Licence but has not been utilised.
